Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully. In order to be eligible for an exchange and/or refund your product(s) should meet the following criteria:


  • We offer a hassle-free exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 10 days of purchase. We are happy to exchange the product for the exact same item you bought. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Items are eligible for exchange only if they are received defective, damaged or broken. Please keep in mind that all our pieces are handcrafted by our craftsmen using fresh water pearls. Due to the nature of these pearls it is possible that the pearls you receive will be different from the images, as no two pearls are ever the same. Thus, irregularity in the pearls cannot be accepted as a reason for exchanging the product.
  • Please note that custom or personalised jewellery cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges can only be processed with substantial evidence (i.e. unboxing video and pictures of products when received). The pictures and videos should clearly indicate a manufacturing defect and what the issue is. Please contact us via our WhatsApp number on +919818671376 or at


  • Unfortunately returns or refunds cannot be processed without substantial reasoning. We cannot accept reasons such as changing your mind about the purchase and not needing the product anymore.

Importance notice

We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that are used, damaged and/or being returned after 10 business days of receiving the product. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.
